This silicone rubber flap is attached to the pod by a small rubber pin so there’s no chance of it getting lost. It can be twisted sideways when you’re filling to give a little more free room. Because the fill port opening is only 4.5mm wide, care should be taken when using larger e-liquid/shortfill bottle tips. Each of the LED’s will depict the status of your battery whenever you insert/remove the pod as follows: Auto draw worked faultlessly. With the airflow closed, even the slightest of draws fired the Argus P1. Opening the airflow requires a stronger draw as you’d expect but still activates the auto draw. Irrespective of the position of the airflow, the draw was smooth and really quiet. Also there are 4 cleverly concealed LED’s visible through this transparent casing that provide the UI indications and illuminate when you insert or remove the pod showing the battery status, illuminate while drawing on the pod and charging the Argus P1 or it’s displaying the different levels of protection.

There’s no doubt that the Argus P1 is purely an MTL pod in my opinion, with the 0.7ohm pod and the airflow fully open, I could just about get a super tight RDL but I wouldn’t recommend it for that. All it took was a 50% restriction of the airflow slider to find what I was looking for. This time I could comfortably inhale for a few seconds before experiencing a finely tuned MTL vape. The Argus P1 is a breeze to use. Simply fill the pod, pop it in, and vape! It’s really as easy as that. Plus, this is one of the quietest vapes I’ve ever used. The main issue I have with the unit is the flavour from the coils (I have used the 0.7 because I know that the 1.2 will just not suit my needs). After refilling the pod a couple of times, the flavour just seems to drop off. I am on my fourth pod now and after a couple of days of use, there's just no flavour at all. I've even had the occasional burnt flavour, which shouldn't be happening from 2 days of moderate use.
