It was easy to learn how to play and kept her attention for a long while. The maze was a fun new twist on the original Rubiks Cube. It is visually appealing and my younger kiddos want to test it out soon too. Overall my daughter thought it was a fun new toy and will continue playing with it.

I bought 4 as gifts (3 of which have already been delivered to the recipient) and it has been revived so well! My 11 year old nephew has barely put it down all day. Two were sent to my husbands business, mostly men ages early 20's to mid 30's mostly and I have been sent so many pictures and videos of them playing and racing, I wonder if any work is being done anymore!! To me, it's the anti video game. A win for sure! h2>
My 8-year-old son liked this gift so much he took it to bed with him the first night. He fidgets with it on and off all day. It was just the right level of difficulty for him: not so easy that he has mastered it, but easy enough that he felt he was progressing right away. I think the cool, blue design is part of the draw for him too.
This was a birthday present for my grandson. He is thrilled with is, and hasn't put it down since he got it. He LOVES it! The only reason it didn't get the "won't put it down" designation is that he has to take a turn with 2 older brothers and his dad. They all are enjoying the challenge. It's a good toy, but it was too complex/frustrating for my 10 yr old, so we returned it and got the Perplexus Original.
