My mya journey has been amazing. From my first talk with Jill I knew I wanted to choose mya… she was amazing! Going to Leeds for my pre op all the girls in reception and nurse was friendly and welcoming. My surgeon was Dr Mounir and what a surgeon he is. I have amazing results already… only 3 weeks post op and scar is amazing. Couldn’t recommend Dr mounir enough he was so enthusiastic and really knew what I wanted and I had 100% Confidence in him . I had a fantastic experience having a breast augmentation. The entire process was so smooth from start to finish and I was made to feel super comfortable with all of the staff, they were really lovely. Dr Giannis listened to everything I asked for and I am amazed at how good and symmetrical the results are. I had my surgery at New Victoria hospital, which I could not fault. I had a private room and the staff were very tentative and efficient. I am so glad I chose to go through Mya, and cannot thank the team that looked after me enough! My surgery through mya with mr giannas has literally changed my life …couldn’t be happier with my results so far and only 2 weeks post op This is typically carried out on the same day as your surgeon consultation at your local MYA clinical hub to minimise traveling . You will meet your MYA Nurse to have your vitals and pre-surgery photographs taken. Offering support and guidance to users in the use of the company’s bespoke business applications and where appropriate liaising with our in house development team. From start to finish everyone at mya was amazing! after nearly being scammed with another plastic surgery company I was really nervous when rebooking but as soon as I started my mya journey I knew I was in safe hands, all the team is so lovely and the 2 nurses who looked after me after my breast augmentation (so sorry I didn’t remember there names I was so out of it but it was at the first trust hospital in Preston) they was both so so kind and was so sweet to me they really put me at ease I can’t thank either of them enough. dr mileto has done an amazing job even being just 2 weeks post opp I’m truly over the moon with the results! This is a pre-operative assessment with a MYA Nurse, carried out via eConsult video call. This appointment is to run through your medical history and discuss any findings from your GP summary. Your Nurse will discuss what to expect, how to prepare for your procedure day and outline your post-op care requirements. From start to finish MYA has been amazing. The level of care I was provided was out of this world . From the moment I booked my procedure to meeting my surgeon. To the nurse care pre and post op it's been faultless. My surgeon was knowledgable and took his time in my consultation. I never felt rushed in my decision making and knew I could trust him which is so important! The nurses have been Amazing. A special shout out to Nicola who have put my mind at ease through out the entire process. The majority of our touchpoints are carried out virtually, for your convenience, but there are instances when it’s necessary to travel to a physical location. You will be asked to travel to our London clinical hub to meet your Surgeon and your Nurse, and for any post-operative appointments. Your Surgeon and Nurse appointments are scheduled on the same day to minimise the amount of times you need to travel to one of our Clinical Hubs. From arriving all staff were lovely and helpful, and I was seen immediately by the anaesthetist and surgeon. Was taken to theatre within 2 hours and discharged a few hours later.

Every single person involved were caring and only had my best interests at heart. The team at MYA phoned me regularly, from start to finish, ensuring that I understood the procedure and that I was happy to continue, and after, to see how I was both physically and mentally. As it happens I won’t be going ahead with any surgery as the surgeons advised against it. It was encouraging to hear the surgeon’s professional views and opinions around what I wanted done, resulting in being advised to not go ahead with surgery. It was good to see MYA’s practice has the patient’s wellbeing at the heart of what they do and the ethical considerations playing a large part of the surgeon’s advised outcome.
