I've been so impressed with this, and a number of recipes have become firm favourites, particularly those where Gordon is bringing in Asian and Middle Eastern favourites. I don't know what led me to believe that even a cheeseburger made by Gordon Ramsay would be good--it looks too froo-froo for me, no way I'd touch that! His food has always been delicious when I’ve gotten the opportunity to visit his restaurants and I love watching his cooking at home episodes on YouTube.I doubled the spices, which made the chilli dominate - will try doubling the other spices next time and maybe 1. Even with all those changes, it was still tasty- one boy didn’t like it, the other couldn’t taste the lemon. I was able to google a quick “ground to fresh ginger” substitution suggestion, and I added a little less than 1 tsp ground garlic in place of the fresh garlic.
