About this deal

The COMPETITION PRO EXTRA is compatible with Windows® 7 or later and Android® devices via an OTG adapter. It could be found in millions of homes across the world – and still brings joy to users to this day.

One issue I found was the fire buttons are wired up so that primary fire is the right button (no use for right handers, ie the majority of us). Some say that it' s a pretty good repro of the old Competition Pro, and is a great choice for retro games. Individual Computers and Speedlink have teamed up to remake this classic joystick for the Amiga, Minimig and Commodore C64. Se establece expresamente a favor de CLIENTE la reserva del dominio y propiedad de los equipos y piezas que se reflejan en la factura hasta tanto no haya sido satisfecha la totalidad de su importe. Similarly, in the Jump Boy game the right-fire button on the joystick does not function and so shooting is not possible. It just seems right to use this when playing 8-bit retro games, and the cramp isn't as bad with adult hands.

eu responderá de las faltas de conformidad del bien durante los plazos y en las condiciones establecidas legalmente. The switches inside must be gargantuan as it takes more then a passing flicker to move the stick around. If this is the case, then you have the right as a consumer to make use of the 30-day refund policy or to request compensation. it functions perfectly and is SOOOOOOOOOooooo much better than using either keyboard or an Xbox 360 controller. there is any button that works as a "fire" button, so I'm unable to select a game, enter the menus, etc. but it can be easily fixed by removing the 4 screws on the bottom (note one is under a tamper sticker) and swapping the green and brown wires (2 wires worth of quick soldering required, see picture I guess you could swap the buttons but they are 'melted' in too with a tab of plastic, soldering was neater and easier tbh).

I have two of these joysticks, the second one has converted to a the Atari standard (warning, this will void the warranty! Por otro lado las ventas que se realicen por personas físicas domiciliadas en cualquiera de los países comunitarios estarán sujetas a impuestos. However, others say that the microswitches used are loud, cheap and clunky and broke after a few months use. It came out in several models including transparent, camouflage and blue/silver but the one pictured is one of the earliest models. So, its good but it also could have been better with a bit more care with quality control and games package playability.

I think these companies are over-thinking these sticks, when they could just use Sanwa-clone style sticks and buttons, which would also give the option for people to easily swap bits out for a stiffer or looser feel. It's not fun playing games when you have to wrestle with your controller and hope the connections register. The good news is that the Competition Pro USB is more or less compatible with most things, even some of the more recent niche products like The C64 Mini and its full-size counterpart. If you want to go the budget route, you can get a Xinmotek USB adapter on AliExpress and a cheap enclosure. Video game pioneers know it - the COMPETITION PRO for Commodore 64 (C64) and Amiga systems won the hearts of the gaming community in the eighties and soon became the most successful joystick of all times.
