I can't think of any particular occasion this would be good for except maybe for a casual walk-out in the spring and summer. I have an older batch, which has great performance, sillage is not that good, it's more of a skin scent. Sometimes fragrances can smell better after letting them sit because they are constantly being shaken when shipped which can alter the smell. I have lots of different frags and i find myself reaching for this quite often for casual wear, so I'm really happy i gave it another go.

On my skin it has a slight vinegary opening common with other freshies like VIP 212, and even Aqua Di Gio (although I know this is a sweeter frag than both of those). I had a collection of around 12 scents while in highschool but got rid of them between college and getting married. But it smells good, it is what you hear people say about it - the dryer sheet kind of smell with some of that raspberry note. Its certainly not as sweet as Joop but everyday use would still remind you of it a bit and makes you a bit paranoid then lol. If you, like me, are into laundry detergent scents, this is not one of them (despite what YouTubers say).I recently applied it for the first time in awhile, and it's actually a breadth of fresh air to my usual rotation.
