The ending - how the conflict was solved and the epilogue - underwhelming is too mild a word to use - it was garbage- in all honesty.

Kandi Steiner delivers her sexiest, most DELICIOUS story to date, but still with her characteristic heartfelt charm and soulful chemistry.The conflict - while reading I literally imagined the author sitting and brainstorming what she was gonna use as a conflict and somehow she ended up settling on this mediocre ”I could see it coming a mile away” plot twist — I know I said twist but that’s a stretch, if anything it felt like a bare minimum effort — so, Im just gonna say it as it is , the conflict was weak and the impeding reconciliation was as weak, uninspired and done 1000000 times before. I was not expecting to be just as OBSESSED with the main characters as I was with Fair Catch but, here I am!
