Monthly plan charge –the charge you pay for your active device line. This is charged one month in advance from the date you joined EE If you’re not eligible for a free upgrade, don’t worry – you can get your hands on one of the latest handsets by paying off your remaining contract and upgrading early. Please note: You can upgrade to a new phone and plan if you’ve got less than 45 days to go until your contract renewal date. The colour of the bar will change to red when you have less than 20% of your allowance remaining. We’ll also send you a text to let you know. You can move to another price plan with a higher contract value after you have been on your current contract for three months or more.
It's easy to pay by card in My EE (there's no charge) - just log in and follow the three easy steps. numbers beginning with 084, 087, 070 (personal numbers), 118 (directory enquiries) or 09 (premium rate services e.g. competition lines or television shows) Don’t worry. When you have less than 20% of your data remaining, we’ll send you a text to let you know - then again when it’s run out. The monthly price shown, add-ons and all out of bundle charges will increase on or after 31st March every year by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation published in January that year, plus 3.9%. If your call isn't very urgent please use our online support. Before setting up a Direct Debit, you need to make sure any outstanding bills are paid. Once this is done, you should be able to set up a Direct Debit. We won't be able to set up a Direct Debit over the phone if your bank account requires more than one signature to set up a Direct Debit. Instead, please complete the Direct Debit mandate and return it to us by post. If you have a pay monthly or pay as you go mobile account or a home broadband account, you can register for My EE.
Stay Connected Data: If you have a capped data allowance (i.e. not an unlimited data plan) once you have used up your monthly data allowance your speed will be capped at 0.5Mbps. You will regain access to our fastest speeds upon (1) renewal of your monthly plan allowance, (2) by buying one of our data add-ons, or (3) If you are gifted data by someone else in your family account. Once the data add-on or gifted data runs out, you will return to the capped speed until your monthly plan allowance has renewed. Not available with No Frills plans. If your account has an outstanding debt on your phone plan you will not be eligible for an upgrade until the outstanding amount is settled. Upgrading earlyYou can ask to receive a different format of your bill at any time using My EE – this includes braille, audio, printed or large print versions. App Charging is also known as operator billing. It allows products and services from an App Store like Google Play, Apple store etc. to be billed to your EE account, instead of being paid for by a debit or credit card. They may appear under Your monthly plan charge. These are if you choose to buy a recurring add-on in My EE.
Apple Music: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Apple Music is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Requires a handset using either the latest iOS version or Android 5 or later. Apple ID required. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you.
