Brian also confirms that you never played 'Seven Seas of Rhye' in it's entirety until the same charity event....." I believe the kidz (with a z) are starting to like boardgames in the UK again. It's not a pub these days if you don't have some squares in the corner playing chess.

I think he missed the boat with it. It would have been nice great in the 80s or early to mid 90s...now, although I think it was a cool idea, board games are not what they used to be.Monopoly is a great classic game. Of course it made total sense to release a Queen version. But as Brian might or might not know, there are hundreds of variations. However, Andrew had to politely decline the game as he reportedly revealed: 'We are not allowed to play Monopoly at home.' Below is the Press Release (I've cut to the chase a bit). Sorry I can't attach photos here. The 6 little metal playing pieces are great... I thought it would be fun to feature the fat bottomed girl on her bike, the Break Free video upright vac, the NOTW robot, obviously, the ga ga radio, and the hammer (to fall), and all of them made it through to the final version (though the scale changed a bit). There is a certain guitar too. I'm wondering which piece will prove most popular. The robot is my guess. I hope you think they're fun too. I think for a novelty Monopoly set I'd rather get a Star Wars one - Money and locations - it seems to make sense to me. A Queen one doesn't, being a more abstract concept of success and stages. Queenopoly was invented over 20 years ago in Michigan, but never came to fruition, as the Royal Vision fan club mysteriously disappeared ...

You aren't the only one. I haven't played monopoly in likely more than 40 years and I listened to some Queen today. I think I'd have to make sure everyone could enjoy it. So we'd have to bring everyone together, have a big party. Queen Monopoly game when possibly there is gems like Rainbow...yea I know what I'd rather spend my money on. According to reports, Queen Elizabeth II banned the board game Monopoly from the royal palace grounds, preventing, Archie, and George from playing. According to Prince Andrew, things get so competitive that the family becomes vicious. If the fine details HAS been left purely to Brian and Roger's memory I'm wondering what we'll get on the 'Chance' cards...

The remaining six squares are unchanged from the original game - 'Go', 'In Jail/Just Visiting', 'Free Parking', 'Go To Jail', 'Income Tax' and 'Super Tax' In making the announcement, David Boyne, MD of Bravado UK, said, “We are delighted to have partnered with Winning Moves to help bring these historic music and gaming forces together to create MONOPOLY; Queen Edition. It has been inspiring to see the band so involved throughout the creative process and Brian and Roger’s input has helped create a truly special and personal version of the iconic game that Queen Fans around the world will love.”
