For years, Kemper Development Company wanted a nightly holiday event that would bring people from surrounding states to Downtown Bellevue to shop, dine and play. Jennifer Levitt, Kemper’s vice president of marketing, said Snowflake Lane is the perfect way to tie The Bellevue Collection together.
