To the more mundane and usual "have a good evening / afternoon / rest of your day" from cashiers and similar I usually respond ~= "And you too" (or similar - loudly enough to (hoepfully) be recognised. The pictures accompanying Jesus Loves You are cute drawings which a child will relate. Children do not view art from an adult viewpoint but a child's perspective. They see the wide-open mouth that's screaming or the turned down mouth which is sad. Sophisticated pictures are not needed to get the point of the story across to a child. I would not hesitate to give this book to a child with the caveat mom or an adult would have to read and explain the story. A sad 1/5 stars for Jesus Loves You, by Christine Topjian. According to the Goodreads star system, that means I “did not like it.” Unfortunately for the author and anyone else who has put time and effort into creating this book, that would be an accurate assessment. I’m still not sure if it is meant for children or adults. When we think of the ways God shows his love, we often think only of spiritual things—things like forgiveness, grace, and peace.

Jesus said that if you abide in His word, you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free (John 8:31-32). But He does want you here. He has a purpose and plan for your life and wants to see you fulfill it. When you allow God’s love to grow in you, it will be like a plant that produces fruit. One of the fruits of God’s love is your increasing inclination and ability to love others. His Spirit also allows you to love with a love greater than you could have on your own. This listing is for one design of an irreverent and sarcastic Valentine, printable on 8.5" x 11" paper, cut to measure 4.25" x 5.5". A word of caution here: If you’re in need and yet to have your needs met, it doesn’t mean God doesn’t love you.Jesus knew that the Father had given Him authority over everything and that He had come from God and would return to God. So He got up from the table, took off His robe, wrapped a towel around His waist, and poured water into a basin. Then He began to wash the disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel He had around Him. ... “So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.” (John 13:3-5, 34) The book mentions that Jesus wants to share in our life. But what about our sharing in His life? What about our knowing the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings? What about our joining in with the work of God the Father and being co-workers with Christ to advance His Kingdom? What about the harvest of lost souls that is plentiful? What about the great commission? Rather, this book shows someone who happily settles in the American lifestyle, who - if I dare say it - conforms to the pattern of this world. Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced His perfect love. (1 John 4:18)

The day you truly believe Jesus feels for you this way, your emotional reality will change. Because at the core, this is who you are… you are the object of God’s affections. Jesus is our only way to Heaven and he has prepared a special place for us. He wants us to experience His unconditional love. He desires for all of us to humbly come to Him and surrender our lives. I will be glad and rejoice in Your unfailing love, for You have seen my troubles, and You care about the anguish of my soul. (Psalm 31:7) When you understand that God loves you no matter what, you no longer need to be afraid of your failings causing Him to love you less. If you could only truly know the depth of God’s love, you would have nothing to fear. Jesus said “I Love You” with his life by showing up for all of us and giving us hope for our messy lives. He left His throne to come to earth and save us from our miserable selves. It’s through His life and presence in our hearts that we can learn to love ourselves and others. The Bible is a compilation of the words God gave people so we could know more about Him. The Bible says God loves you whatever state your life is in. These items are for use with a single person or community of faith. I am asking you (oh so nicely): please do not share, redistribute, or resell this digital product. For this is how God loved the world: He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

The ultimate proof of God’s love for you is that He sacrificed His Son, Jesus Christ, for your sins. A good shepherd spends time with dirty and stinky sheep. He cares for them through the long, dark nights and keeps them sheltered from storm. Jesus is right there with us in the darkest places. Patiently he waits for us to look up and reach out our hands to Him. This is true love. When you experience difficult things or see suffering in the world, you may be tempted to think God dislikes you or that He enjoys seeing some people suffer. This is not true. God created a beautiful, perfect world, but people brought imperfection into it.When things are hard, it can be easy to feel alone or like no one cares. But God cares. He cares about your sadness and hardships. He cares about your suffering. Why? Because God loves you. These gifts and talents are given to you so that you can use them to make a difference in the world.

Father, our dearest Father, we thank you for this text of this immense love you have for us that. The way you and Jesus love each other is the way you and he are loving us. Lord, some of us have not really plumbed the depths of that yet because we have not yet allowed it to come to life. So if that would be you and you would like to experience this kind of love and you would like to receive Jesus into your life, let me encourage you to pray this prayer. Of course, it’s not the words, it’s what’s going on in your heart, but these words are a way that you can express this desire to Jesus. Yes, you are super awesome, but not because of how smart you are. Not because of the gifts the Lord has given you. Not because of the high profile people you know. You are super awesome because Jesus feels for you the same love the Father feels for Him.If you’ve been in doubt of God’s love for you, below are eleven signs God loves and cares about you more than you think: 11 Signs God Loves You More Than You Think Even if you are in the midst of a difficult time or are grieving a great loss, there is still reason for hope. Everything around you may feel like it’s falling apart. Everything inside of you may feel like it’s falling apart. But God’s love and mercy will never fail you. Yablo, S. (2009). Must existence-questions have answers? In D. J. Chalmers, D. Manley, & R. Wasserman (Eds.), Metametaphysics (pp. 507–525). Oxford: Clarendon Press. God decided in advance to adopt us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ. This is what He wanted to do, and it gave Him great pleasure. (Ephesians 1:5) I will never forget this awful time, as I grieve over my loss. Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each morning. (Lamentations 3:20-23)
