To increase your chances, aim at purchasing high income-generating properties, such as those in the blue property group and the green property group. Take the top card from the appropriate pile, follow the instructions on it immediately, then return it face down to the bottom of the pile. To repay a mortgage, pay the listed value plus 10% to the Bank then turn the card face up. Rent cannot be collected on mortgaged properties. This is doubled if the owner owns all moments in its color group and none of them are mortgaged. If the moment is improved with coffee mugs or sofas, the rent will be much higher - as shown on the Title Deed card.

The utilities are pretty much the same as the classic Monopoly. You roll a dice and multiply the amounts together. The amazing thing about this place is that you get paid ten times the amount shown on the dice when it is rolled. Property in this game is called moments. Landing on a space with a moment is optional to buy. Not your favorite episode; go ahead, pass. But remember the goal of the game. If you pass on a property you land on; the Banker will auction and sell the property to the highest bidder. You snooze, you lose.
