About this deal

There are few techie extras in the Jarre AeroBull Nano. It’s a simple Bluetooth speaker with micro-USB charging, an eight-hour battery life at lower-level volumes and aux input via a micro-USB adapter included in the box. an iPhone and iPod compatible, HD multi-directional sound tower equipped with a full spectrum speaker, delivering stereophonic sound from a single multi-axial point. It is also possible to connect any other smartphones and MP3 players, laptop, CD / DVD and even vinyl turn-table. Clearly, the Jarre AeroBull Nano is all about the design – just like all Jarre speakers. There are a few nods to function, though. A little lanyard loop on the top of its head lets you hang it from the wall, or perhaps a doorknob. Plus a tiny threaded mount port on the bottom allows mounting to some form of stand. It seems like overkill in a speaker this small, though. Jarre came to world prominence as a composer and musician with seventies release of Oxygène and the subsequent Équinoxe album and has toured internationally quite regularly for a third of a century.

His new system is the first product from Jarre Technologies®, which he founded in 2005 with the aim of putting decades of research in sound & vision technology to service the creation of a range of high-end, affordable and aesthetic home-entertainment products. This brought me to think of what the ideal sound-system of the future should be: A product that can accept all digital formats, from MP3 to hard-disk files, as well as a vinyl turn-table or a CD player, with an aesthetic ambition while privileging optimum audio quality – with bass and a dynamic acoustic that correspond to our listening habits today - all at a most affordable price.”It may be a slice of Jarre style more of us can afford, but it’s also soundly beaten by some of the best ultra-budget speakers on the market. The Anker SoundCore Mini is a quarter of the price, and produces a sound that’s far more powerful. People are willing to pay for a look, of course. However, that you can pay as little as a quarter of the money and get far better sound quality and lots more features should make a few of your cringe. To be fair to Jarre, though, the sound is sufficient to let you listen to podcasts while cooking, in the shower or just pottering around the house. It’s louder than your phone speaker, and not painful to listen to.

If you live with a french bulldog and would love a doggie speaker to go with the various bulldog ornaments scattered around your home, go ahead. The rest of us should probably save our money and buy the much more accomplished, and tougher, Anker SoundCore Mini. Verdict The large Jarre AeroBull is an unmistakable design statement. It will make an impact in any living room, even one with ornate gold leaf frames surrounding oil painting nudes of the house’s owners. In a statement shared following OXYMORE's release, Jarre doubled down on his endorsement. "In real life stereo does not exist, our audio field is 360 degrees. Today, technology allows us to explore composition in spatial audio and that opens a whole new experience for us musicians in the creative process," he claims. "Music will be more easily experienced by anyone with regular headphones or the new generations of sound systems, offering a more physical and natural way of listening to sound and music in full immersion.” There’s zero real bass to the sound, largely because the AeroBull doesn’t have a passive radiator. This is an alternative to the bass port seen here, used routinely to amplify the low-frequency output of small and mid-size speakers. Seriously this thing looks stupid, oh and I had a boom box in the 80s that had speakers at about the same angles so clearly that isn\'t impressive.

Always carry the AeroBull Nano, and whenever you decide to enjoy a new nomadic musical experience, switch it on… Varying tastes obviously play a huge part here, too. In past years, I’ve considered buying some of Scandyna’s iconic pod speakers. But a dog? It’s a bit much for me. he's predicting the demise of the Internet on the basis it will be rejected by today's youth as a sham\"... LOLLOLOLOOLOLOLOL Wow, you could get 2 10 inch speakers and mount them at the base for stability. That way this thing will look even more like a penis. When the Jarre AeroBull Nano costs up to four times as much as these low-cost favourites, far too much rests on the appeal of that doggie design.

Jean-Michel Jarre is a musical legend and founder of tech giant Jarre. The sound expert engineers speakers and home technologies that arouse fascination and curiosity and serve as the ultimate conversation piece in the living room, kitchen, or bedroom. You can expect hours of unrivalled sound, whether from a skull-shaped speaker that expertly marries power and precision or a sunglasses-wearing bulldog silhouette with an integrated subwoofer. the internet will continue to grow as the main tool of interaction, it will become more important every generation and will solve so many problems that access to the internet will be seen as a fundamental human right.\" The Jarre AeroBull Nano is a basic micro-speaker that costs more than you might expect, thanks to its unusual design. However, it’s still a few pieces of plastic, housing a couple of minuscule drivers, and is made in China without too many signs of loving care and attention. Available in three strong painted finished, the AeroBull Nano with its durable exterior and metal carry-clip is made for a life that moves with music. It also appears that we owe Jean Michel an apology. In the first posting of this article, we referred a recent article which cited Jarre as predicting the demise of the internet.Tailored as a fashion accessory, JARRE TECHNOLOGIES’ bold signature sound now fits in the palm of your hand. Standing at a tiny nine centimeters high, the AeroBull Nano easily connects to any smartphone, computer, or audio source with Bluetooth 4.0 or 3.5mm line-in adaptor – it is the ultimate nomadic speaker. The Jarre AeroBull Nano’s chances of a recommendation fall apart as soon as you compare it to some of the best budget micro-speakers: the Creative Muvo 2C and Anker SoundCore Mini. The Jarre AeroBull Nano is a plastic mould of a french bulldog, small enough to sit in the palm of your hand. It walks the line between out-there speaker design and something you might buy from a market stall or as a “premium” item in a pound shop. The speaker looks amazing and we were surprised to find the quality of sound from the relatively affordable system is extraordinarily good, just as Jarre had promised. I never said that the Internet was dead, nor have I mentioned the term "sham ugly" about the internet is a tool I did not praise the obvious merits!”

AeroSystem One is the result of my cogitation and technical research, the first of a range of audio products – a range dedicated to visual is to follow.” This thing does all the things a item 1/20th it\'s size could do. I would rather have something I could put on a mantle or shelf..... My first reaction on hearing the speaker was “this isn’t terrible”. Your initial impression of the Jarre AeroBull Nano will be that of the best Bluetooth speakers, where the sound appears much larger than the unit itself. There’s a reasonable amount of treble and upper-mid detail, which you likely wouldn’t hear in a basic, cheap novelty speaker with which the AeroBull risks comparison.Due to a misunderstanding or a bad translation of an interview I gave recently in the British magazine Uncut, I would like to correct the statements that are loaned me and running around on the internet since this morning.” With the progress of technology, the conditions of recording music in the studio have advanced considerably, whereas the means of listening in general have not ceased to regress: the vinyl has been replaced by the CD, largely inferior in quality, which has now given way to even more low-grade MP3 files”, said Jarre.
