Again I can't say for sure the product is solely to blame, but there is something in this that made my dog very poorly, so please take care when using this product on your pooch. During this time she's been on 5.4mg Apoquel twice a day for 9 years which has resulted in other health issues arising over this extended period of time and I wanted an alternative to this medication if possible. Did not work, even with a double dose per day for two months. Very disappointing-another social media hype! My frenchie still continues to chew paws and scratches ears-both of which these are meant to soothe. I am writing this so if anyone out there has a dog with the same illnesses, allergies and sensitivities as my girl, please speak to your vet first before giving anything containing these ingredients. I tried the nutri paw calming chews these made my French bulldog, even more aggressive and anxious. I will not be using these. In fact, I don’t think they should be soldIt read on the enclosed tag to give the product 2 weeks before reviewing and at least 30 days before the product might show any signs of helping. The Apoquel itself is patented until 2026, so the active ingredient "oclacitinib maleate" within this product can't be used by another drug company until 2026 due to rights and so fourth. It's therefore only available by prescription from your vet.

Bought the calm treats for my dog, made him even worse won’t be buying these again unfortunately, very expensive also so not what I needed for something that doesn’t work I can't say if its the ingredients of the product or her sensitivity to certain food and allergies, but she's had a rough time because of it. If they haven’t been effective it could be an indication a stronger solution is required. I can see you have only been using the treats for about 2 weeks (delivered 15th July). It’s actually quite common to not see any results in the first few weeks, this has been reported by many many customers who went on to see amazing results. ISo far I am absolutely delighted with the result and recommend anyone to give them a try if your dog suffers allergies and continued scratching. So what I was hoping would be a solution turned out to be more problematic and another costly vet bill. I got these because my dog was itching all the time. Don't get me wrong he had been on aproquel for 2 years and they didn't work but they didn't work either he been on them for 6wks but I read up and found that prednisone works so I put him on 2.5mg daily and he has stopped straight away so I will be keeping him on them kind regards R.Hanson I appreciate its still early days, but I do feel that the NutriPaw All-Itch and Immunity Treats have made a tremendous difference to the quality of life of my dog.

I've took her to the vet whom advised me to stop giving them to her (which I didn't need to be told) and give her chance to get them out of her system and some medicine to help her recover. The first day she was fine though she didn't like the taste of them, I disguised them in potted meat as I use this for her Apoquel. We do state in many places it can take up to 30 days to see results so categorically saying they don’t work after only 2 weeks isn’t a fair representation of how effective they can be.
