I've had my inserts for just over 30 days. In that time, I've been 30 days pain free, I'm no longer wearing my plantar fasciitis boot at night, and I'm getting out bed without pain every morning. I do not regret buying these and will be purchasing more. Your quality control of the product is poor. The finish ie cut and pea sized bubbles within the foam are of poor standard. Price of the product is questionable. I have bought similar for 2/3 of the price and better finish.

The insoles are the best. They have relieved my pain. They also have great customer service, all my questions an concerns were answered. I am going to buy more for my other boots. So far, this product is helping. It does take some time to get used to the adjustments. It's a product definitely worth investing in. I have flat feet and these insoles enable me to wear different shoes while keeping my body in alignment and relieving pain. The insoles did exacltly what they claimed they would. They helped my plantarfaciatis tremendously.The insoles I got are the best. XStance insoles are the best insoles. I have tried many other insoles and they did not work. I pgot xstance insoles and they are the best. I live with foot arthritis and work in nursing home, so I feel arthritis all day. With xstance insoles I do not hurt. I recommend them to everyone. I was looking for an orthopedic insole that gave heel support to help relieve my Achilles tendonitis. Shipped and received in a timely manner. Inserts seem to be helping with the arch support the doctor recommended. They’re a bit pricey but time will tell if they hold up better than the ones bought at Walmart. I have been wearing them about two months and so far so good. I am still within the first week of using the XSTANCE insoles and I am surprised at how good my feet, legs, knees, hips and joints are feeling. Believe me, I have had plantar fasciitis for over 10 years (and I am young!) I have had 2 pairs of custom orthotics and XSTANCE has surpassed them both this first week. My feet and legs are so much happier and it truly is a lifesaver!

In the long term, there is evidence they can help to reduce the risk of injury and improve your recovery time. my feet were hurting so bad each night after work i was limping the insoles helped so much -what i found that improved them was leaving the original insoles in and just adding the xstance on top of them -am very happy with them Unlike some of the other products we tried, these insoles can be used as they are or heat-moulded in the oven at home for a personalised fit. We thought we’d give the do-it-yourself version a go, and were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. We started by trimming the top of the insoles to shape using a pair of scissors. We then heated the insoles for five minutes at 80C, popped them in our trainers and walked for five minutes as they cooled to shape them (the brand also has a handy YouTube video you can watch for extra tips).
