This polar wander is inferred from polar hydrogen deposits that are antipodal and displaced equally from each pole along opposite longitudes. However, pyroclastic deposits formed by less common non-basaltic explosive eruptions are also thought to exist on the Moon.

A cracked statue of the Virgin Mary hovers within her fractured memories and symbolises her broken childhood. Catherine has lost her home in this flood of 2007 and as her home is under repair, her memory of her childhood emerges with some shattering occurrences. British astronomer William Herschel, in one of his early papers, claimed to have seen three volcanoes on the Moon in the late 1700s, which later turned out to be earthshine. This is far easier said than done, especially for people whose loneliness arises from a state of loss or exile or prejudice, who have reason to fear or mistrust as well as long for the society of others.Mare Humboldtianum and Mare Smythii were established before the final nomenclature, that of states of mind, was accepted, and do not follow this pattern. The thicker crust reduced the number of Maria because it was harder for meteor impacts to break it open and let lava flow into the craters present on the Moon’s dark side.

Obviously her upbringing has had its effects on her and then there are some strange things about Catherine.
This is quite possibly the easiest five stars I've given this year, reinforced by the fact that I could have read this book on into eternity. This was a very poignant story about memory and your brain and your body and how you protect yourself from things that you cannot handle. Excellent writing and highly, HIGHLY recommended if you're looking for a book that is many things all at once, as no single genre can confine this novel. Beautifully told the story will evoke every emotion you think you have, and some you think you don’t!
