The EQ switch feature has a small impact here, but unless you’re looking for a very specific audio dimension, you’ll probably carry on without it. Instead of physical buttons, they use touch controls, but beware---the touch control area is incredibly sensitive, so be careful if you're brushing your hair back or putting on a hoodie or something. Easy Pair, Listen Longer : Instant connet with the case open and you can get up to 7 hours of playtime and up to 24 hours of playtime with the charging case.

All three lights solid means the case is at 100%; two solid lights and one blinking means anywhere from 65-100%; one solid light, one blinking, and one off means 30-65%, and one blinking means there's less than 30% battery left. However, the carrying case is quite large, and I wish the buds and the case were all a bit more compact. From a full charge, the buds alone delivered over 8 hours of playback for me, the marketing stated up to 9 hours. There are three LEDs on its front that reflect its current charge, plus a Bluetooth pairing button on its underside next to the USB-C port.

This should be one of the most positive parts of the review but I need to address the elephant in the room. I never felt like the T3s were going to fall out at any point during testing, whether I was walking, doing yoga, or moving and grooving while cleaning my house.

It also needs some fine-tuning in the bass department since is SuperBass mode doesn't really increase or power up the bass significantly. Ugreen is a company with relatively few years on the clock, born in 2012 it’s another Chinese firm whose speciality is mostly to do with accessories: cables, chargers, USB hubs and the like, but also do true wireless, of which the T3 model is their cheapest offering. The Ugreen HiTune T3 have a likable, rich sound that will appeal more to casual users than it would do to those after a clinical and altogether more balanced performance – like the Cambridge Melomania 1+. I was intrigued to see how well the HiTune T3 buds would perform, and whether they'd deliver as well as most of the other products from the brand.

Either way, if you're looking for earbuds with the ultimate battery life, these aren't it, as even the advertised numbers aren't top tier. Keep up the good work you do, as I really enjoy your site, though like many I’m not travelling much at the moment. UGREEN’s HiTune T2 promises amazingly crisp sound and a feature-packed performance, including low latency for seamless gaming and video experience.

Don't get us wrong, the low-tones are there but not to a point where it's strong enough to pack a punch. It's easy to get the earbuds out of the case (which you'd think wouldn't be a noteworthy feat, but trust us, it is). It’s effective for hearing announcements and such and getting a sense of what’s around you at the very least. With only three sets of earbuds under its belt, though, the brand's audio tech faction is pretty new. They will last for about 7 hours on a single charge, and the included case gives you up to 24 hours.UGREEN could be improving their silicone ear tips to enhance the noise isolation performance however, doing so has also induced ear fatigue faster than most.

You can potentially spend 100s of dollars on top-end earbuds and end up with something that falls out of your left ear repeatedly, doesn’t connect, or sounds terrible. Limited touch controls are relatively common for budget buds but always a bummer, especially when they sport higher-end features, like ANC.

The HiTune T2s combine low latency with UGREEN’s latest acoustics innovation to offer outstanding sound quality for music, mobile games, and video streaming. Because of these clever decisions, the ANC on UGREEN's HiTuneT3earbuds cuts down ambient noise by 25 decibels.
