As you might imagine, it’s not only safe to reheat curry sauce, it’s perfectly safe to reheat most curry dishes. Don't know where you get your Chinese from but I'd be getting it from somewhere else because this just tastes like spicy(medium) flour.

Disolve the Curry concentrate at about 1 part concentrate to 3-4 parts water in a pan (use water from a freshly boiled kettle).It’s always better to freeze curry sauce in individual portion sizes, so you can easily remove whatever you need at any given time. There are better curry sauces out there but I found this covenant to make a small amount with no waste.
