Started using Novoglan on March 2nd 2019 to treat my phimosis. By March 28 my foreskin was working normally. Excellent result, No surgery needed.

But you needn’t suffer any longer. A tight foreskin is a common and well-recognised medical condition. The NOVOGLAN Foreskin Stretcher is the only medical device included on the UK’s MHRA Register of Therapeutic Goods for treating a tight foreskin safely, effectively and discreetly in the comfort of your own home. NOVOGLAN understands your frustrations. Most of our customers have been led to believe that a painful (and often expensive) adult circumcision is the only option. However, there is another solution—one that’s effective and very affordable. All these microbes and fungi rely on sugar and fiber to thrive and survive. A diet high in carbs and sugar helps promote bacterial overgrowth and sustenance. Excess steroid cream usage- You should remember that using steroid creams is optional and is not necessary. You can totally cure your phimosis even without these creams. If you are using steroid creams, you have to be extra careful in making sure you only apply it sparingly over your phimotic band. Excess use can affect your glans' outer skin layer as well as your foreskin.Manufactured to the highest quality and regulatory standards in Australia, this class 1 medical device boasts an impressive success rate, with 93% of users reporting successful outcomes in managing their phimosis conditions. With its non-invasive and user-friendly design, this tight foreskin treatment can be comfortably and easily applied at home. Ensure that you are not in too much discomfort, you should feel a stretch, not pain. If you do not feel a stretch, use a larger ring. Phimosis is said to be uncomplicated or complicated. Uncomplicated phimosis is diagnosed when the foreskin is too tight and will not retract safely and there is no inflammation, infection, injury or other disease of the foreskin.

Foreskin stretching using the rings is a passive activity as it does not interfere with your regular activity while you have the ring on. For example, you can read a book or work on your computer while you wear the ring. You also don’t need to take off your ring during urination. Make sure to wash your rings with soap after every use for proper hygiene. Use 2 fingers inside Phimotic bandBoth types of phimosis can usually be resolved with foreskin stretching, even when scarring is evident - read more about foreskin scarring here What to expect with steroid creams – after two weeks, you should be able to start gradually stretching the foreskin once a day. You should only do this after being shown how by a doctor. You should do this gently to avoid damaging the foreskin. Research has shown that this form of treatment is often successful at first. For example, one study showed that the use of a steroid cream in children was 62% successful. However, the use of a steroid cream often needs to be repeated and is not always a permanent solution. Get a feel for your phimotic band first and evaluate which stage of phimosis you are in currently. Use the appropriate ring size based on your phimotic band diameter to start with your phimosis stretching. Use lubricants such as coconut oil while wearing the rings. Keep using the ring daily until it becomes loose enough to fall out by itself regularly. Use anti-fungal cream to counter fungal overgrowth. Do daily exercises such as frenulum stretching and two-finger stretching regularly. Work on improving your glans sensitivity daily. Be patient with seeing results and you now have a clear and simple path in your phimosis journey ahead of you. You are only using Q-tips here because your foreskin hole isn’t big enough yet to allow stretching it using fingers. Once your foreskin loosens up enough you should avoid using Q-tips any more and switch to using your fingers instead. Frenulum stretching
