This hefty alcohol content is balanced out by the flavours of Szechuan pepper, lemon, and double-strength juniper for a powerful, punchy taste. It makes for a vigorously refreshing Dry Martini, served with a lemon twist to complement the gin's peppery, zestier notes. This higher alcohol content allows our distillers to add more botanicals, it has almost double the juniper and citrus than any other expression in the Edinburgh Gin range, this allows for a smoother mouth feel which counteracts the heat from the spirit.
